CoachKonnects is a discovery platform that connects parents and adult learners with independent hobby coaches across India. We facilitate introductions between the parties; we are not a party to, and do not control, any lessons, agreements, pricing, schedules, or payments made between a coach and a student/parent.
Parents, students and adult learners may browse coach listings and submit enquiries. • For users below 18 years of age, registration and enquiries must be completed with the required parent/guardian involvement and consent. • Coaches may create a public profile listing their teaching categories, experience, workshops, camps, demo classes and service areas. • By using CoachKonnects, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
Enquiries go through an internal review, followed by the applicable coach approval step, before contact details are exchanged. CoachKonnects reserves the right to decline, restrict or remove any enquiry or listing that appears fraudulent, abusive, unsafe, misleading, or inconsistent with our community standards.
Certain parts of a coach profile may be publicly visible without requiring login; contact details are only shared after the applicable enquiry approval process. • Coaches are independent professionals, not employees or agents of CoachKonnects. • Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of their own profile content, qualifications, availability, pricing and services. • A profile review by CoachKonnects does not constitute a guarantee or certification of a coach's qualifications, teaching quality, safety or outcomes.
Coach listing is currently free during the initial launch period. If CoachKonnects introduces paid features or services in the future, the applicable fees and terms will be clearly communicated before you are charged.
CoachKonnects does not currently process, hold, or guarantee payments made between coaches and students/parents for lessons or services. Any financial arrangement for classes or coaching is strictly between the coach and the student/parent.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by: • submitting false, misleading or fraudulent information; • attempting to bypass the enquiry approval or contact-sharing process; • scraping, copying or systematically collecting platform data without permission; • using contact details obtained through CoachKonnects for unrelated solicitation or spam; • engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, illegal or harmful conduct; or • using the platform in a way that could compromise its security or operation.
CoachKonnects makes reasonable efforts to review enquiries and coach listings, but does not guarantee the quality, qualifications, safety, availability, pricing, conduct, or outcome of any coaching relationship formed through the platform. Parents and learners are encouraged to exercise their own judgment and take appropriate precautions when engaging a coach.
We may update these terms as CoachKonnects evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may suspend or remove your access if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, provide false information, or create a risk to users or the platform. You're free to stop using CoachKonnects at any time by simply discontinuing use.
When you share content for your listing — including profile details, photos and descriptions — you keep ownership of it, but you give CoachKonnects a non-exclusive permission to display it on the platform and use it to promote CoachKonnects, including in marketing content. You confirm that you have the right to share whatever you submit and that your submission does not knowingly infringe another person's rights.
We won't be responsible for delays or disruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, internet or power outages, infrastructure failures, or government action. We'll do our best to resume normal service as soon as reasonably possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
